Stage Facility Management - onderzoek schoonmaak en ruimtedata Staf & Ondersteuning 32-36 uur €527 Hbo niveau Werf (Servicekantoor) Ben jij op zoek naar een inhoudelijk sterke en maatschappelijk relevante stage binnen Facility Management? Wil je bijdragen aan een organisatie waar facilitaire dienstverlening direct impact heeft op het welzijn van cliënten? Dan is deze stage bij Anton Constandse een waardevolle kans! De stageopdracht Binnen de afdeling F&H ligt een belangrijke optimalisatievraag op het snijvlak van data, inkoop en praktijk. Momenteel is er sprake van mogelijke afwijkingen tussen: - De vastgelegde ruimtestaat (Excel); - De beschikbare plattegronden; - De ingekochte schoonmaakdienstverlening; - De feitelijke situatie op locatie. Onderzoek schoonmaak en ruimtedata De opdracht richt zich op het uitvoeren van een onderzoek naar deze discrepanties (gaps), met als doel het verbeteren van de datakwaliteit en het creëren van een betrouwbare basis voor facilitaire sturing. Centrale onderzoeksvraag In hoeverre sluiten de ruimtestaat, plattegronden en de feitelijke situatie op locatie aan op de ingekochte schoonmaakdienstverlening binnen Anton Constandse? Wat ga je doen? Tijdens de stage houd je je bezig met: - het analyseren van de ruimtestaat (Excel) en bijbehorende datasets; - het koppelen van ruimtestaat aan plattegronden per locatie; - het uitvoeren van locatiebezoeken ter verificatie van de feitelijke situatie; - het controleren van ruimtekenmerken (zoals gebruik, oppervlak en vloerafwerking); - het signaleren en documenteren van afwijkingen tussen administratie en werkelijkheid; - het analyseren van verschillen tussen ingekochte dienstverlening en ruimtedata; - het opstellen van een gestructureerde gapanalyse; - het formuleren van verbetervoorstellen gericht op datakwaliteit en beheer.
