Je helpt mee met administratieve werkzaamheden en ontdekt hoe een goede financiële administratie zorgt voor overzicht. Je draait mee in het financiële team en krijgt stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid. De ene dag verwerk je facturen of controleer je gegevens, de andere dag ondersteun je bij rapportages, betalingen of administratieve controles. Zo leer je hoe financiële processen in de praktijk werken binnen een organisatie die hard groeit. - Je ondersteunt bij het verwerken van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen; - Je helpt bij het controleren en verwerken van financiële gegevens; - Je ondersteunt bij administratieve werkzaamheden en dossierbeheer; - Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van betalingen en financiële overzichten; - Je controleert gegevens op juistheid, volledigheid en afwijkingen; - Je ondersteunt bij maandafsluitingen en andere financiële processen; - Je denkt mee over hoe administratieve processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen; - Je leert hoe de financiële administratie binnen een snelgroeiende organisatie werkt.
