Als Financieel Stagiair(e) draai je volledig mee op onze financiële afdeling en vorm jij een onmisbare schakel in onze financiële cyclus. Terwijl onze Finance Professional verantwoordelijk is voor de brede rapportages en de review van de gehele administratie, vormt jouw werk daarvoor de absolute basis. Jij houdt de dagelijkse geldstromen en openstaande posten scherp in de gaten en bereidt de actuele statussen voor, zodat we altijd in control zijn. Wat ga je doen? De cruise-industrie is een dynamische, internationale wereld en dat zie je direct terug in je werk! Tijdens deze stage krijg je het overkoepelende proces volledig mee: van het moment dat een boeking in ons CRM valt, tot de uiteindelijke verwerking in de boekhouding. Je takenpakket is afwisselend en bestaat onder andere uit: - Van Boeking tot Boekhouding (Financiële stromen): Je leert precies hoe reisdossiers vanuit ons CRM-systeem doorstromen naar onze boekhouding in Twinfield. Jij speelt een belangrijke rol in het verwerken, afletteren en controleren van deze stroom, zodat elk dossier financieel 100% waterdicht is. - Inkoop- en Verkoopfacturen: Je werkt mee aan de overige facturatiestromen. Dit betekent het inboeken en verwerken van inkomende inkoopfacturen via Basecone en het zelfstandig opmaken van uitgaande marketingfacturen. - Debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer: Je houdt de administratie scherp door openstaande posten nauwlettend te monitoren en de administratie waar nodig op te schonen. Zo zorg je ervoor dat inkomende en uitgaande betalingen altijd vlekkeloos verlopen. - Internationale rederijbetalingen: Je hebt te maken met diverse internationale en globale betaalstromen die per rederij verschillen.
