Dankzij de capaciteit van 123 vergaderzalen en de ligging in de omgeving van Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leiden en Schiphol Airport is het dé congreslocatie bij uitstek. Het hotel ontvangt regelmatig congressen waarbij 1.600 gasten geen uitzondering is. Maar ook de leisure gasten zijn uiteraard van harte welkom. Elke dag weer zetten wij alles op alles om onze gasten met een grote glimlach te zien vertrekken en dit doen wij samen, samen als één groot team.Werken bij NH Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst is de ideale combinatie tussen zakelijk en leisure, individuele gasten en groepen, alleen werken of in teamverband en dat maakt dat er dagelijks veel afwisseling is. Het hotel is onderdeel van de Minor Hotels Europe & Americas; een keten die zich kenmerkt als ‘youngminded'."Ondanks het feit dat ons hotel ontzettend groot is en we met zijn allen grootse evenementen & partijen én ervaringen realiseren, voelt het werken hier als kleinschalig, knus en heel gezellig".Over de rol: Je bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het bezorgen van een geweldige ervaring voor iedere hotelgast. Na een inwerkperiode werk je zelfstandig en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van bedieningswerkzaamheden en verzorgen van gasten in alle outlets zoals restaurant, lobby, bar, banquetzalen en terras. Daarnaast voer je verschillende voorbereidende, uitvoerende en afsluitende werkzaamheden uit, zoals het ontvangen van bestellingen, ontvangen van gasten en het afdragen van ontvangen geldbedragen. Je assisteert in de bediening en onderhoudt nauw contact met onze gasten, je bereidt de restaurants en/of zalen voor op de komst van gasten en je onderhoudt nauw contact met andere afdelingen; bijvoorbeeld met de keuken, de stewarding en de front office. Tevens zoek je, met jouw "frisse blik", altijd naar verbeteringen.Belangrijk:
