Stage Front-Office Medewerker Beschrijving Je gaat werken op Landgoed de Horst, een plek waar natuur en gastvrijheid samenkomen. Ons team, van restaurant en keuken tot receptie, housekeeping én banqueting, zorgt elke dag voor een warme, uitnodigende sfeer. Jouw taak is om gasten een warm welkom te heten en hen te woord te staan. En dat uiteraard niet alleen vanuit de receptie, maar ook telefonisch en via e-mail. Jij en je collega's zijn het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten. Jouw team is ook nog eens erg leuk! Samen met je collega draai je wisseldiensten achter de receptie. Vaak is het rooster ruim van tevoren bekend, en je denkt mee over jouw planning. Wat verwachten wij van jou? Functie-eisen Om stage te lopen bij de Front Office volg je een vakgerichte opleiding op minimaal mbo-niveau 3 of 4. Hiermee heb je al aardig wat theoretische kennis opgedaan en ben je klaar om praktijkervaring op te doen. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je gastvrij ingesteld bent en enthousiast te werk gaat. Naast zakelijke deelnemers ontvangen wij veel internationale gasten. Het is daarom prettig als je naast Nederlands ook Engels en/of Duits spreekt. Dit bieden wij jou Arbeidsvoorwaarden Bij Landgoed de Horst stimuleren we medewerkers om zich te blijven ontwikkelen en bij te leren - je bent immers nooit uitgeleerd. Daarom werken we regelmatig met stagiaires. Dit betekent dat je begeleid wordt door een ervaren collega die weet wat er van je verwacht wordt en welke mogelijkheden er zijn. Je krijgt de ruimte om te leren en praktijkervaring op te doen in jouw functie. Daarnaast ontvang je: - een reiskostenvergoeding (vanaf jouw voordeur tot de locatie); - bedrijfskleding; - en uiteraard een stagevergoeding van € 500,- per maand.
