Bij ZooParc Overloon krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen in een unieke omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is. Tijdens deze meewerkstage draai je volop mee binnen ons team Gastenservice & Retail. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een warm welkom en een onvergetelijke dag voor onze gasten. Wat ga je leren Tijdens jouw stage in ons Gastenservice & Retail team krijg je een afwisselend takenpakket waarin je écht meedraait. Je gaat aan de slag met: - Ontvangen en informeren van gasten: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt binnen onze Gastenservice en zorgt voor een warm welkom. Gasten kunnen bij jou terecht voor informatie, vragen en praktische ondersteuning. - Ondersteunen bij diverse werkzaamheden: Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je helpt bij de kaartverkoop, denkt mee over vragen van gasten en draagt actief bij aan een soepel verloop van de dag. - Verrichten van kassa- en winkelwerkzaamheden: Je ondersteunt bij het afrekenen en helpt gasten bij de aankoop van souvenirs in onze winkel. - Verrassen van onze gasten: Elk contactmoment zie jij als een kans om verwachtingen te overtreffen en bezoekers met een glimlach het park te laten verlaten. Heb je specifieke leerdoelen of een stageopdracht vanuit school? Geen probleem, we denken graag met je mee zodat jouw stage zo leerzaam mogelijk wordt! Zo maak jij ons team compleet Je bent gastgericht, enthousiast en vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen. Daarnaast: - Ben je minimaal 18 jaar; - Volg je een mbo-opleiding in de richting van Toerisme, Hospitality of Leisure; - Ben je beschikbaar voor een meewerkstage van minimaal 4 maanden; - Heb je een flexibele instelling; werken in weekenden, vakanties en feestdagen horen erbij; - Heb je een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels en Duits zijn een pré; - Kun je zelfstand...
