Hospitality & Workplace Experience - Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's, klanten, kandidaten en partners zich direct welkom voelen. - Je draagt bij aan een representatieve, inspirerende en gastvrije werkomgeving. - Je ondersteunt bij vergaderingen, lunches en dagelijkse facilitaire werkzaamheden. - Je helpt mee met de onboarding van nieuwe collega's. - Je denkt actief mee over hoe we de workplace- en employee experience continu kunnen verbeteren. Events - Je organiseert mee aan interne evenementen zoals kwartaalbijeenkomsten, inspiratiesessies, teamdagen en borrels. - Je ondersteunt bij externe klant-, partner- en Microsoft-events. - Je helpt bij de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van evenementen. - Je onderhoudt contact met leveranciers, locaties en andere betrokken partijen.
