De stage Per februari 2027 zijn wij weer op zoek naar een leergierige HR-stagiair(e)! Wil jij tijdens je stage écht relevante werkervaring opdoen en ontdekken hoe HR-administratie binnen een grote organisatie werkt? Dan hebben wij een mooie plek voor jou binnen ons Shared Service Center op ons kantoor in Arnhem. De stage Als HR-stagiair(e) binnen het Shared Service Center ondersteun je bij de dagelijkse HR-administratie voor onze medewerkers door heel Nederland. Je gaat onder andere: Personeelsgegevens verwerken en personeelsdossiers bijhouden Mutaties en declaraties verwerken Brieven opstellen en e-mails beantwoorden Medewerkers op onze verschillende locaties telefonisch adviseren en verder helpen De HR-medewerkers ondersteunen bij verschillende werkzaamheden en projecten. Afhankelijk van jouw behoefte en de afspraken vanuit je opleiding loop je 3, 4 of 5 dagen per week stage. De stage start vanaf februari 2027; de exacte startdatum bepalen we samen met jou. Heb je vanuit je opleiding een specifieke opdracht waar je tijdens je stage aan moet werken? Ook daar is ruimte voor. Wij bieden Je komt terecht binnen het Shared Service Center: HR Administratie. Een gezellig en _ong team bestaande uit twee HR-medewerkers, een werk_tudent en wie weet jij! Wij bieden naast een leuk team en stagebegeleider vanuit onze organisatie: Een leerzame stage waar je de verantwoordelijkheid krijgt om zelfstandig taken op te pakken Echte relevante HR-werkervaring opdoet Een stageplaats van 32- 40 uur EW landelijke feesten en afdelingsuitjes Een stagevergoeding van € 400,- per 4 weken (op basis van 5 werkdagen) Een mooie werkplek op nog geen 5 minuten lopen vanaf Arnhem Centraal Station. EW Facility Services Al ruim 30 jaar zorgen we voor de schoonmaak en het onderhoud van verschillende soorten gebouwen zoals kantoren, hotels en ziekenhuizen. We zijn trots op onze ruim 3000 medewerkers, die iedere dag weer hard werken op verschillende locaties verspreid door heel Nederland. Ons doel is om

met onze diensten een positieve bijdrage te leveren aan de ervaring van medewerkers, gasten en bezoekers van onze opdrachtgevers. Wie ben jij? De werkzaamheden die bij deze stage horen vragen om iemand die de HBO opleiding HRM, Bedrijfskunde, Facility Management of iets soortgelijks volgt. Daarnaast ben jij iemand die: Administratief sterk is, secuur werkt en dingen snel oppakt zoals de systemen waarmee wij werken; Gemakkelijk mensen te woord staat aan de telefoon; De Nederlandse taal goed beheerst, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en je verstaanbaar kan maken in het Engels; Empathie heeft en dit ook goed weet over te brengen.
