We beschouwen jou vanaf dag 1 als part of the team! Je ondersteunt ons 'Team Admin_ door allround administratieve taken uit te voeren binnen HR gerelateerde materie. Denk hierbij oa. aan volgende taken:

- Samen met jouw collega_s beantwoorden jullie vragen omtrent de loonadministratie. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, interne medewerkers en uitzendkrachten om informatie uit te wisselen. - Je verdiept je in payroll en sociale wetgeving en pluist vragen tot in detail uit. Je neemt een actieve rol op in het beheer en opvolging van de personeelsadministratie en zorgt voor de afhandeling van sociale documenten. Hiervoor sta je ook in contact met het sociaal secretariaat. - Je ondersteunt ook allround in het algemene officemanagement, zoals het bestellen van kantoormaterialen en het opvolgen van de interne mailbox.

Zoek je een stage waarbij je meer kan verdiepen in HR administratie en sociale wetgeving? Ben je geÔnteresseerd in de wereld van de uitzendsector, waarbij je met verschillende soorten bedrijven en dus ook soorten arbeidscontracten in contact komt? Heb je zin om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een hecht, enthousiast team? Dan ben jij de stagiair die we zoeken! Voel jij je aangesproken? Dan ben jij ongetwijfeld:

- een Bachelor of Masterstudent op zoek naar een afstudeerstage van minstens 8 weken - iemand met een brede interesse in administratie en HR - kritisch, accuraat, leergierig en nieuwsgierig - bereid om je eigen comfortzone te verlaten
