Stage HR Ede Wat doe je als stagiair(e) bij Riedel? Als stagiair bij Riedel nemen we je vanaf dag één serieus: Je ondersteunt de afdeling HR bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden en lopende projecten en je gaat een half jaar lang zelfstandig aan de slag met jouw eigen project of jouw onderzoek. In overleg wordt de verdeling bepaald tussen meewerken, het eigen project en/of onderzoek. Jouw werkzaamheden kunnen onder andere bestaan uit: - Zelfstandig verwerken van instroom-, doorstroom- en uitstroommutaties; - Ondersteunen bij het onboardingsproces; - Ondersteunen bij campus recruitment en het organiseren van Inhousedagen; - Helpen en meedenken over de interne communicatie via ons Intranet en de externe communicatie via LinkedIn; - Samen met je collega's figureer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's voor alle HR gerelateerde zaken; - Zelfstandig oppakken en uitvoeren van een HR-project - Helpen, ondersteunen, input leveren en uitvoeren van diverse HR-projecten (bijvoorbeeld PMO-onderzoek, samenwerking met scholen in de buurt of het optimaliseren van ons HR-systeem) Door jouw nieuwsgierige houding maak je jezelf snel nieuwe zaken eigen en vind je snel jouw plek binnen Riedel. Van een dynamische werkomgeving krijg jij extra energie en je zorgt ervoor dat dit niet ten koste gaat van de kwaliteit van jouw werk. Je communiceert gemakkelijk met alle collega's van de verschillende afdelingen, zoals Productie, Marketing, Planning, Finance en Distributiecentrum. Verder is het belangrijk dat: - Je een meewerkstage zoekt en je een HBO of WO-opleiding Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde of een andere relevante studie volgt; - Je in oplossingen denkt en houdt van aanpakken; - Je initiatief toont; - Je zelfstandig, creatief en goed in het creëren en verzilveren van kansen bent; - Je de samenwerking opzoekt met de verschillende afdelingen en werkt graag in een klein maar enthousiast en professioneel team.
