Wat leer je als Stagiair HR Administratie In deze uitdagende stage binnen het team HR Admin leer je hoe loonaangifte werkt en hoe Scania gegevens uitwisselt met onder andere het UWV, de Belastingdienst en andere instanties. Je gaat ontdekken hoe processen met elkaar samenhangen, want als jij iets aanklikt in het personeelssysteem, wat gebeurt er dan? Welke gegevens veranderen er en wie moet daar iets mee? Je krijgt inzicht in oorzaak en gevolg en weet aan het einde van je stage hoe deze processen eruit zien. Verder ga je aan de slag met: - het meewerken binnen het team HR Admin. - verwerken en controleren van gegevens in AFAS. - ondersteunen bij administratieve HR-processen. Jouw stageplek bij Scania Je werkt samen met ons HR-team en hebt contact met medewerkers uit de organisatie die bij jou kunnen komen met vragen.
