Welkom bij Intelect, een KMO-rekruteringsspecialist, waar je als stagiair actief wordt betrokken en er waarde wordt gehecht aan jouw inbreng en inzet. Hier kan je leren van de rekruteringsexperts en wordt er een traject op maat uitgewerkt zodat je jouw competenties verder kan ontwikkelen en jouw kennis in de praktijk kan omzetten.

Je krijgt ook de kans om tijdens je stage rond een zelfgekozen project te werken. Topics die al aan bod kwamen: learning & development, marketing, HR-consulting, interne rekrutering, sociale media, (employer) branding en het opzetten van tools voor kennisdeling. Je krijgt hierbij steeds ondersteuning van onze collega-specialisten. Jij bent hier om te leren en te groeien, dus daag jezelf uit!

Zin om na je stage ook te blijven groeien? Na een positieve stage is er een mogelijkheid om te starten als vaste Intelecter in een van onze teams.
