Strikt noodzakelijk Leveranciers Teamtailor Analyses Stage mogelijkheden · Helmond - Hoofdkantoor · Op locatie Stage HR Specialist We reageren meestal binnen een week Tijdens deze stage krijg je de kans om volop mee te draaien in de dagelijkse praktijk van HR. Je werkt mee aan verschillende HR- en administratieve werkzaamheden en bent daarnaast een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en bezoekers. Je loopt stage op de Servicedesk, waar je veel contact hebt met collega's en medewerkers. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers, contractbeheer, afspraken en verschillende administratieve processen. Ook krijg je de ruimte om mee te denken over hoe we onze werkwijze, documenten en processen kunnen verbeteren. VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN: • Bemannen van de Servicedesk en het beantwoorden van vragen van medewerkers en bezoekers; • Ondersteunen bij HR-administratie, zoals contractbeheer, dossierbeheer en het verwerken van gegevens; • Voorbereiden en mede organiseren van introductiedagen en de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers; • Regelen van praktische zaken voor medewerkers, zoals toegangspasjes, NS Business Cards en afspraken met de bedrijfsarts; • Ondersteunen bij factuur- en postverwerking; • Meedenken over het verbeteren van HR-processen, documenten en werkwijzen; • Draaien van exports en zorgen voor een correcte aanlevering van gegevens. WAT BRENG JE MEE: - Je volgt een MBO+/HBO-opleiding in de richting van HR of een vergelijkbare richting; - Je bent communicatief vaardig en vindt het leuk om contact te hebben met verschillende medewerkers en bezoekers; - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail; - Je bent servicegericht en denkt graag mee; - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen; - Je bent handig met systemen en hebt een goede beheersing van Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel en PowerPoint; - Je bent nieuwsgierig, leergierig en staat open voor nieuwe werkzaamhed...
