Hoe zorgen we voor een goede start? En hoe kunnen we HR-processen slimmer maken met AFAS, data of AI? Tijdens jouw HR-stage bij WEBO ontdek je hoe breed en veelzijdig het HR-vak is. Je draait vanaf dag één mee binnen ons HR-team, krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en leert hoe HR écht werkt binnen een dynamische productieomgeving. Vanaf februari 2027 zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste HR-stagiair(e) die wil leren, meedenken én aanpakken. Wat ga je doen? Als HR-stagiair(e) ben je een volwaardig onderdeel van ons HR-team. Je kijkt niet alleen mee, maar gaat vooral zelf aan de slag. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om te ontdekken waar jouw interesses liggen en welke kant van HR jou het meeste aanspreekt. Hier ga je sowieso mee aan de slag: - Recruitment en contact met kandidaten; - Onboarding van nieuwe collega's; - HR-administratie en personeelsmutaties in AFAS; - Het beantwoorden van HR-vragen vanuit de organisatie. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses kun je daarnaast aan de slag met: - Employer branding en arbeidsmarktcommunicatie; - HR-data, rapportages en analyses; - Duurzame inzetbaarheid; - AI, procesverbetering en digitalisering binnen HR; Heb je vanuit je opleiding een opdracht of praktijkvraag? Dan kijken we graag hoe we deze kunnen koppelen aan jouw stage. Aan het einde van je stage heb je niet alleen meegekeken met HR, maar heb je zelf kandidaten gesproken, HR-processen uitgevoerd, vragen van medewerkers opgepakt en minimaal één onderwerp of proces zelfstandig verbeterd. Wat zoeken wij? Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Human Resource Management of een vergelijkbare opleiding en bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage vanaf februari 2027.
