Als stagiair(e) op de HR-afdeling duik je in de wereld achter De Valk Versmarkt en het distributiecentrum. Jij zorgt er samen met het team voor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt en dat medewerkers goed worden ondersteund tijdens hun hele loopbaan binnen de organisatie. Je leert hoe HR-processen in de praktijk werken en ondersteunt bij verschillende werkzaamheden op de afdeling. Je werkt gestructureerd en ziet hoe belangrijk jouw rol is binnen het geheel van de organisatie. Daarnaast: • Stel je contracten en vacatures op. • Werk je met HR-systemen van Van der Valk. • Verwerk je personeelsadministratie en gegevens. • Plan en organiseer je gesprekken en afspraken. • Help je bij werving, selectie en onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. • Werk je mee aan HR-projecten en personeelsbeleid. Wat vragen wij van jou? • Je volgt minimaal een hbo-opleiding in de richting Human Resource Management. • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en discreet. • Je vindt het leuk om met mensen én administratie te werken. • Je bent leergierig en verantwoordelijk. • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar ook goed samenwerken.
