Sta jij paraat om met woord en daad bij te dragen aan het oplossen van storingen in de ICT infrastructuur? Lees dan verder!*** Wat ga je doen Gedurende je stage word je begeleid door een ervaren werkbegeleider. Je gaat je in ieder geval bezig houden met: - Het uitvoeren van opdrachten in het kader van je opleiding; - Het bieden van telefonische ondersteuning aan collega's bij ICT gerelateerde vragen en problemen; - Het registeren van meldingen, waarna je op zoek gaat naar oplossingen en hierover terugkoppelt naar de melder; - Multidisciplinair samenwerken. Samen aan de slag Het zorgproces bij Emergis gaat hand in hand met ICT. Het optimaal functioneren van programma's en systemen is van cruciaal belang voor de continuïteit van de zorgprocessen. Dat vormt de inzet van ons vakmanschap, 24 uur per dag, zeven dagen per week. Samen met onze klanten intern én in de zorgketen- zijn we een team. De afdeling ICT bestaat uit 15 collega's verdeeld over de teams Functioneel Beheer, Systeembeheer, Servicedesk en ICT Advies. Tijdens jouw stage maak je onderdeel uit van het gedreven en enthousiaste team Servicedesk. Het team Servicedesk biedt aan ongeveer 1400 collega's gebruikersondersteuning in de breedste zin van het woord. Je werkzaamheden verricht je vanaf de hoofdlocatie van Emergis in Kloetinge en (in overleg) vanuit huis. Het kan ook voorkomen dat sommige diensten worden gedraaid vanuit andere locaties van Emergis.
