Als stagiair ICT-supportmedewerker ben jij onmisbaar voor het plaatsen, vervangen, herstellen en ondersteunen van verschillende ICT-componenten. Van het uitreiken van state-of-the-art apparaten tot het oplossen van technische hobbels ter plaatse, jouw werkdag is nooit hetzelfde. Storingen weet jij in no-time te analyseren en op te lossen. Jouw collega's zullen je erg dankbaar zijn als je hun randapparatuur zoals een laptop of portofoon aan de praat krijgt. Niets is vervelender dan een niet-werkend apparaat, dat weet jij als geen ander. Afwisselend word je ingezet op verschillende onderdelen zoals de binnendienst, buitendienst en een van de vele uitgifteloketten. Op de binnendienst zorg je voor een vlekkeloze voorbereiding van de uitgifteloketten, waarbij organisatie en efficiëntie centraal staan. Daarnaast zorg je voor een gestroomlijnde logistiek en een geordende opslag van ICT-middelen en het inspoelen van verschillende devices. Op onze uitgiftelokketten ben jij vaak het directe contact voor onze gebruikers als het gaat om de soepele uitlevering van ICT-middelen. Jij assisteert gebruikers bij de ingebruikname hiervan. In de buitendienst zorg je voor het optimaal inrichten van werkplekken op verschillende politielocaties. Jij bent een probleemoplosser, klaar om verstoringen op locatie aan te pakken. Bovendien maak je deel uit van verschillende grootschalige vervangingsprojecten. Op basis van kennis en ervaring kan je worden ingezet op specialistische werkzaamheden.
