Stage in de zorg Volg jij een mbo-, hbo- of wo-opleiding en ben je op zoek naar een stage waarin jij het verschil kunt maken voor ouderen? Bij BrabantZorg kun je echt van betekenis zijn en is er altijd ruimte om te groeien. Je krijgt de vrijheid om jezelf te ontwikkelen, je kennis in de praktijk te brengen en daarbij waardevolle ervaring op te doen. BrabantZorg wil het elke dag zo fijn mogelijk maken, voor medewerkers, bewoners en cliënten. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om door te groeien en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, onze Academie helpt je daarbij. Bij BrabantZorg krijg je niet alleen de kans om je leerdoelen te behalen, maar word je ook uitgedaagd om écht een verschil te maken in het leven van cliënten. Dit is meer dan een stage. Het is de kans om echte impact te hebben. Dit ga je doen: Je draait volledig mee op een van onze 33 locaties of in de thuiszorg. Er is veel mogelijk, Of je een opleiding in de zorg of in het sociaal domein volgt, bij ons vind je een stage die bij je past als helpende, verzorgende IG, verpleegkundige, persoonlijk begeleider maatschappelijk zorg of HBO social work. Afhankelijk van je opleiding en leerdoelen ondersteun je bij de ADL, observeert en signaleert en werkt samen met collega’s. Daarnaast speel je een waardevolle sociale rol: een praatje maken, meegaan naar een activiteit of gewoon even écht luisteren. Juist die kleine momenten maken het verschil. Binnen de verschillende locaties en in de thuiszorg kun je je specialiseren in de onderstaande vakgebieden: Psychogeriatrie; voor ouderen met dementie of andere geheugenstoornissen als gevolg van het ouder worden. Somatiek; voor ouderen met een lichamelijke beperking. Geriatrische revalidatie; na bijvoorbeeld een beroerte (CVA) of operatie.
