Als Stagiair Interne Communicatie krijg je bij ons de kans om jouw ideeën en creativiteit in te zetten en direct mee te werken aan communicatie die binnen de organisatie écht zichtbaar is. Van interne nieuwsbrieven en communicatieschermen tot onboarding en verschillende HR-projecten: geen dag is hetzelfde! Tijdens deze stage werk je nauw samen met het HR-team en krijg je volop ruimte om te leren, initiatief te nemen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Daarnaast is er ruimte voor een eigen project of schoolopdracht. VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN: - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen, schrijven en verspreiden van interne nieuwsbrieven, zodat collega's op de hoogte blijven van belangrijke updates en ontwikkelingen; - Je beheert en vult de interne communicatieschermen met relevante en actuele content, zoals aankondigingen, evenementen en bedrijfsinformatie; - Je pakt verschillende communicatieprojecten op en ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering van interne communicatie-initiatieven; - Je helpt bij het uitvoeren van het onboardingproces, zodat nieuwe medewerkers zich snel welkom en goed geïnformeerd voelen; - Je krijgt de ruimte om een eigen project, schoolopdracht of onderzoek uit te voeren dat aansluit bij interne communicatie en jouw persoonlijke leerdoelen; - Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van duidelijke en aantrekkelijke presentaties voor collega's; - Je werkt mee aan de communicatie rondom diverse projecten, zoals het MTO (Medewerkerstevredenheidsonderzoek), PMO (Periodiek Medisch Onderzoek) en rondom de OR (Ondernemingsraad).
