Wij bouwen luxe jachten en zorgen er volledig voor, zodat onze eigenaren dat niet hoeven te doen. Ons motto is "Without a worry", en die belofte maken we elke dag waar. We bouwen zo'n 60 jachten per jaar in serie. Onze vloot bestaat uit de Wajer 38, 44 en 55, en ons vlaggenschip, de Wajer 77. Wat ga je doen Je dag begint samen met Robert, je dagelijkse begeleider, bij het ticketoverzicht. Daarna pak je meldingen op in Freshservice en handel je ze af. Je maakt laptops en telefoons gebruiksklaar en geeft ze uit aan collega's. Aan het eind van de dag rond je af en leg je vast wat je hebt gedaan. Je ondersteunt bij on- en offboarding, van accounts tot middelen. Zo kan een nieuwe collega vanaf dag één aan de slag. Werkt een printer, laptop of netwerkverbinding niet mee, dan help je gebruikers op locatie. Ook als dat midden in de productiehal is. Daarnaast werk je kennisbank artikelen en documentatie bij. Zo blijft een oplossing die vandaag werkt morgen voor iedereen vindbaar. Vereisten Jouw speelveld Je werkt vanuit ons hoofdkantoor en onze werf in Heeg. Daar maak je deel uit van een compact IT-team voor werkplek en infrastructuur, applicatiebeheer en ERP, onder leiding van onze IT-manager. Je hebt contact met alle afdelingen, van productie en Care tot finance, sales en marketing. Ook schakel je met onze externe IT-leveranciers. Je stapt in op een mooi moment. We professionaliseren ons IT-servicemanagement, standaardiseren de werkplek en geven security extra aandacht. Ons doel is dat jij aan het eind van je stage standaardmeldingen en de uitrol van devices zelfstandig oppakt. Je bent hands-on en nieuwsgierig.
