Zoek je een stage waarin je écht mee mag draaien, veel kunt leren én iedere dag met een goed gevoel naar huis gaat? Dan voel jij je bij YOEP helemaal op je plek. Bij YOEP word je onderdeel van een warm en betrokken team dat zich iedere dag met veel plezier inzet voor jonge kinderen die extra begeleiding kunnen gebruiken. Vanaf dag één draai je actief mee op de groep en krijg je de kans om écht van betekenis te zijn. Je begeleidt kinderen individueel en in groepjes, bedenkt leuke activiteiten en ontdekt hoe jij als begeleider het verschil kunt maken in de ontwikkeling van een kind. Tijdens deze stage werk je op onze naschoolse groep voor kinderen van 7 tot 12 jaar in Amsterdam. Een plek waar je veel leert, jezelf ontwikkelt én waar volop ruimte is voor jouw ideeën en talenten. Een dag als stagiair Je begint de dag samen met je collega's met een kop koffie en een kort overleg. Jullie bespreken hoe het met de kinderen gaat en kijken samen naar wat de dag gaat brengen. Daarna bereid je bijvoorbeeld een spel, knutselactiviteit of ander leuk moment voor op de groep. Wanneer de kinderen binnenkomen, ben jij er om hen te begeleiden, te ondersteunen en vooral om aan te sluiten bij wat zij nodig hebben. De leerlingen die wij op onze naschoolse groep zien hebben soms al een diagnose zoals ADHD of autisme. Het kan ook voorkomen dat er geen diagnose van toepassing is of die later nog valt. Je helpt kinderen bij het herkennen en uiten van emoties, moedigt hen aan om samen te spelen en ondersteunt hen bij kleine en grote uitdagingen gedurende de dag.
