The posting

Aan boord van ons prachtige schip gaan we je o.a. helpen om in een aantal maanden je leidinggevende skills te ontwikkelen. Het betreft een operationele stage bij de afdeling Meetings en Events. Het verloop van je stage zou er als volgt uit kunnen zien. Nadat je eerst uitvoerig bent ingewerkt en kennis hebt gemaakt met alle facetten van het schip, krijg je ook alle ruimte om je opdrachten die je moet maken af te ronden. Uiteindelijk streven we er naar dat je het laatste deel als leidinggevende inzetbaar bent. De taken en verantwoordingen die hierbij horen zijn o.a.; het voorbereiden van de partij, afspraken doornemen met de accountmanager, verwachtingen en allergenen doornemen met de keuken, materialen controleren, personeel briefen, het contact met de contactpersoon van begin tot einde partij, gehele verantwoording over verloop van de betreffende partij, aansturen van personeel, maken en sturen van evaluatie, Een mooie kans om met beide handen aan te grijpen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Dat alles in een zeer prettige werkomgeving.Wie ben jij? • Jouw stageperiode duurt minimaal 20 weken (800 uur); • 5 dagen per week beschikbaar; • Communicatief sterk in zowel woord als geschrift; • Stressbestendig; • Geen 9:00 tot 17:00 mentaliteit; • Gastgericht en assertief; • Representatief; • Collegiaal en jij beschikt over een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; • De talen die jij goed beheerst zijn: Nederlands en Engels.Wat bieden wij jou? • Stagevergoeding conform De Rotterdam BV; • Persoonlijke begeleiding van onze Manager; • €40,- per overnachting in een Westcord Hotel en 30% korting in alle F&B outlets; • Interne trainingen van onze eigen Hospitality Trainster.Op zoek naar een nieuwe koers?
