Stage Leidinggevende Leisure BOL Camping Osebos B.V. Front Office medewerk(st)er Wil jij onze gasten een onvergetelijke ervaring bezorgen en ben jij een echte multi-tasker? Dan is deze stage iets voor jou! Als Front Office Stagiair(e) ben je het visitekaartje van de camping. Je bent het eerste en laatste contact voor de gasten en gedurende het verblijf ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vragen en opmerkingen. Je probeert de gasten een unieke ervaring te geven op onze camping. Ook handel je klachten af en ben je continue bezig met het verbeteren van het verblijf van onze gasten. Dit alles doe je natuurlijk met een stralende glimlach. Daarnaast sta je onze gasten ook telefonisch te woord en beheer je het reserveringssysteem. Elke gast en dag is anders, wat deze stage uitdagend, dynamisch en afwisselend maakt. Wie zoeken wij? Jouw werkdag bestaat uit: - Het verwelkomen en in- en uitchecken van (inter-)nationale gasten en bezoekers; - Het aannemen en maken van reserveringen; - Gasten telefonisch en per e-mail te woord staan; - Het informeren van gasten over de faciliteiten van de camping en de omgeving; - Je anticipeert op de behoeften van gasten en bent de schakel tussen de gasten en de collega's; - Je voorkomt, herstelt en behandelt klachten, eventueel met de nodige improvisatie en altijd met positiviteit; - Je ondersteunt het winkelpersoneel, zowel in het doen van bestellingen en het contact met leveranciers; - Je verricht ook licht administratief werk. Wij zoeken: - Iemand die bezig is met een MBO4 opleiding, met passie voor horeca en toerisme; - Flexibel inzetbaar; ook in de weekenden en vakanties; - Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Duits en Frans zijn een pré; - Sociaalvaardig en denkt oplossingsgericht; - Beheersing van Microsoft Word, Excel en PowerPoint Wat bieden wij?
