Als stagiair werk je mee binnen het team Bakkerij. Het team bestaat uit ongeveer 10 man die dagelijks de grootste bakkerij van Nederland runnen samen met alle collega's in de winkel. Naast dat er hard wordt gewerkt is de sfeer erg toegankelijk. Samen met jou kijken we er naar uit om de miljoenen klanten per week te voorzien van het beste brood van Nederland. Jouw nieuwe baan en werkplek. Als Stagiair lever je een directe bijdrage aan het brengen van de beste producten op het schap. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met jouw collega's van het Bakkerij team. Je ondersteunt de tafel Bakkerij bij de werkzaamheden, waarbij je onder andere aan de slag gaat met: Beoordelen van productvoorstellen van leveranciers. Productontwikkeling private label. Ad hoc vragen beantwoorden die betrekking hebben op de ontwikkelingen van het product. Wekelijks voorbereiden en uitwerken van interne test sessies. Maken van interne en externe analyses en eventueel begeleiden eigen pilot/project. Tijdens deze uitdagende en actieve stage leer je in een half jaar alle facetten kennen van de bakkerij afdeling van Albert Heijn. In jouw rol als stagiair zul je een veelzijdige functie vervullen waarbij je direct betrokken bent bij het ontwikkelen van het assortiment en hierbij in direct contact zal staan met onze leveranciers. Naast productontwikkeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor enkele dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen onze afdelingen en is er ook ruimte voor het schrijven van een scriptie/onderzoek. In deze functie werk je 32-40 uur per week, deels vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Zaandam en deels vanuit huis.
