Ons team is verantwoordelijk voor het vleeswaren assortiment van Albert Heijn. Met de allerlekkerste producten willen we als supermarkt écht het onderscheid kunnen maken voor de klant. De focus binnen de afdeling ligt met name op duurzaamheid, kwaliteit en de beste vleeswaren aan onze klanten te kunnen aanbieden. Stagiaires zijn bij ons écht onderdeel van het team, met je eigen taken en verantwoordelijkheden. De perfecte plek om je mouwen op te stropen, kennis te maken met het reilen en zeilen van de grootste foodretailer van NL én een hoop te leren! Jouw nieuwe baan en werkplek. Tijdens jouw stage bij de Categorie (Plantaardige) Vleeswaren, Halal en Salades draait het o.a. om het coördineren van alle productontwikkeling trajecten; bijvoorbeeld de nieuwe producten die we toevoegen aan het assortiment en producten die we in kwaliteit verbeteren. Jij zult hierbij het interne design- en kwaliteitstraject coördineren, de planning beheren en contact hebben met alle leveranciers. Er zijn veel verschillende interne afdelingen en leveranciers die een rol hebben binnen dit traject. Aan jou de taak om alle stakeholders te managen en als spin in het web te zorgen dat alle eindjes aan elkaar geknoopt worden. Daarnaast zijn er heel veel verschillende projecten op gebied van duurzaamheid, productkwaliteit dit jaar dus kunnen we ook hierbij jouw hulp en input zeer zeker gebruiken. Ook ga je aan de slag met: - Het coördineren van het proces van productontwikkeling. - Het designtraject coördineren voor alle het private label producten. - Organiseren van de product- keuringen en testen ...
