Onze werven in Heeg en Lemmer draaien op volle toeren. We bouwen daar ongeveer 60 jachten per jaar in serie. Met Wajer Care zorgen we ervoor dat onze eigenaren daarna onbezorgd kunnen varen. Achter elke onbezorgde vaardag zit een onderdeel dat op tijd binnen was. Daar zorgt ons supplychainteam in Heeg voor. Vanuit Heeg regelen we de materiaalstroom naar onze service- en refitprojecten in Nederland, Spanje, Frankrijk en de Verenigde Staten. Vanaf februari 2027 zoeken we een stagiair Operationele Inkoop die het vak in de praktijk wil leren. Wat ga je doen? Hoe zorg je ervoor dat de juiste onderdelen klaarliggen voor een jacht dat binnenkort de werf binnenkomt? Wat doe je als een leverancier opnieuw zegt dat een bestelling 'volgende week' komt? En welke levering pak je als eerste op wanneer meerdere projecten tegelijk aandacht vragen? Dat leer je bij ons. Je belangrijkste taak is het bewaken van openstaande inkooporders en leverdata. In Microsoft Dynamics staat bij elke open bestelling een verwachte leverdatum. Onze planners en collega's op de werkvloer werken met die data. Jij controleert of een datum nog klopt. Je belt en mailt leveranciers, vraagt wanneer een onderdeel echt komt en verwerkt de actuele informatie in het systeem. Daarnaast controleer je orderbevestigingen en plaats je bestellingen voor serviceorders en refitprojecten. Ontvangsten en afwijkingen stem je af met het magazijn. Je schuift aan bij overleggen met inkoop, planning en magazijn. Je werkt met Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Outlook en Teams. Je zit niet de hele dag achter je bureau. Soms ligt het antw...
