We zijn trots op onze fair fashion collectie, waarmee we zijn uitgegroeid tot de grootste offline en online aanbieder van Nederland. Ieder product heeft een uniek verhaal waarmee we de klant inspireren voor het vormgeven van een duurzame levensstijl. WERKZAAMHEDEN STAGE Je vervult als stagiair de functie van Operations & Project Management Assistent . Dit betekent dat je de Operationeel Manager ondersteunt in haar dagelijkse activiteiten. Onder haar begeleiding ga je aan de slag met zowel de dagelijkse taken als korte projecten. Je voert veel zelfstandig uit en leert veel, want geen dag is hetzelfde bij Het Faire Oosten! Onder jouw takenpakket vallen onder andere deze werkzaamheden: - - Voorraadbeheer van de verschillende productgroepen volgens nauwkeurige procedures en verzorging van de registratie hiervan; - Contact met leveranciers en klanten per e-mail hebben mbt klachten, retouren en overige; - Administratief ondersteunen bij facturatie en crediteren; - Verwerken van orders en de daarbij behorende financiële administratie; - Producten retour zenden naar leveranciers; - Aansturen van collega's op logistiek. Naast bovenstaand takenpakket is het van groot belang dat je graag meedraait in een veelzijdig team, en ook helpt met taken die ad hoc ontstaan en prioriteit hebben.
