Je bent vanaf de eerste tot en met de laatste stap betrokken bij het wervingsproces en krijgt veel ruimte om initiatief te nemen en jezelf te ontwikkelen. Je ondersteunt bij het vinden, benaderen en begeleiden van kandidaten en draagt bij aan een optimale candidate experience. Daarnaast werk je mee aan uiteenlopende projecten en events, waardoor geen dag hetzelfde is! VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN: - Het bevestigen van sollicitatiegesprekken; - Zoeken en screenen van potentieel nieuwe medewerkers; - Het bijwonen van sollicitatiegesprekken; - Schrijven en online zetten van vacatures; - Ondersteuning bieden bij events (open dagen bij scholen) en evenementen; - Verantwoordelijk voor de ''candidate journey'' en verbetering daarvan (skill based werven of aanpassingen in het recruitmentsysteem); - Ondersteuning bieden bij het organiseren en verzorgen van trainingen die plaatsvinden tijdens de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers; - Oppakken van kleine projecten, denk aan: samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, referral programmas of de werken-bij pagina; - Er is ruimte om een eigen project, schoolopdracht of onderzoek uit te voeren; - Verzorgen van job intakes. WAT BRENG JE MEE: - Je volgt een HBO-opleiding in de richting van HR, Bedrijfskunde of gerelateerd; - Je spreekt Engels en Nederlands; - Niet bang om contact te leggen met stakeholders of kandidaten; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling; - Bekend met Excel, PowerPoint & AI; - Je bent nieuwsgierig om nieuwe dingen te leren; - Het vermogen om zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.
