Dan hebben we misschien wel een plek voor jou. Voor Sement Civiel zijn we op zoek naar een HBO-stagiair die bij ons wil ontdekken wat er allemaal komt kijken bij recruitment. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben met recruitment en je hoeft ook geen Civiele Techniek te studeren. Of je nu Commerciële Economie, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Communicatie, Civiele Techniek of een andere HBO-opleiding doet, wij kijken vooral naar wie jij bent en waar je energie van krijgt. Dit ga je doen Je draait mee in ons recruitmentteam en krijgt een kijkje in een wereld die je misschien nog helemaal niet kent. Je gaat op zoek naar professionals binnen de civiele techniek, leert hoe je goede gesprekken voert en ontdekt hoe je iemand echt leert kennen. Je belt mensen op, onderhoudt contact met kandidaten en leert hoe je een netwerk opbouwt. Hier kom je te werken Je komt terecht in het team van Sement Civiel in Gouda. Een ervaren en hecht recruitmentteam dat de civiele techniek door en door kent. We werken hard, helpen elkaar en er is altijd ruimte voor een goede grap. Je krijgt veel mee van de praktijk. Van gesprekken met professionals en opdrachtgevers tot het bezoeken van civieltechnische projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en krijgt de ruimte om vragen te stellen, mee te denken en steeds meer zelf op te pakken. We vinden het belangrijk dat je jezelf kunt zijn en jouw eigen manier van werken ontwikkelt. Je hoeft bij ons niet in een vast plaatje te passen.
