Event Hotels zoekt vanaf februari 2027 een enthousiaste stagiair Revenue Management. Wie zijn wij?Event Hotels is een hotelmanagement bedrijf achter een diverse hotelportefeuille. Vanuit ons kantoor in Amsterdam Zuidoost ondersteunen we momenteel 12 hotels, variërend van 3 tot 5 sterren, verdeeld over verschillende hotelmerken in Nederland en Europa. Je komt terecht in een internationale en ambitieuze omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is en waar je volop de kans krijgt om jezelf te ontwikkelen.Wat ga je doen?Tijdens deze stage draai je volop mee binnen het Revenue Management team. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden in het vak en je stap voor stap meenemen in de wereld van pricing, forecasting en performance-analyse. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, leert hoe commerciële keuzes worden gemaakt en ontdekt hoe je met data directe impact kunt hebben op hotelresultaten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: • Het analyseren van marktontwikkelingen en concurrentie om slimme prijsstrategieën te ondersteunen. • Het signaleren van commerciële kansen en business gaps, en meedenken over promoties en acties. • Het opstellen en voorbereiden van managementrapportages. • Het ondersteunen van de Revenue Managers bij dagelijkse werkzaamheden en projecten. • Het analyseren van boekings- en distributiekanalen en het doen van verbetervoorstellen. • Het monitoren en up-to-date houden van revenue systemen zoals PMS, CRS en RMS systemen. • Ondersteuning bieden bij forecast- en budgetprocessen. • Meewerken aan ad-hoc en last-minute revenue projecten.
