Je ontdekt hoe klantcontact, data, marketing en sales samen zorgen voor nieuwe kansen. Heb je ideeën of initiatief? Graag zelfs. Hoe meer je laat zien, hoe meer verantwoordelijkheid (en fun) je krijgt. Je werkt aan echte projecten en bouwt skills waar je later echt iets aan hebt. Wat ga je doen? - Meedraaien in het salesteam en helpen bij dagelijkse sales-taken. - Klantgesprekken voorbereiden en voeren (ja, ook zelf). - Marktonderzoek doen en checken waar kansen liggen. - De customer journey analyseren en trends spotten. - Ideeën aandragen om marketing en sales slimmer te maken. - Klantbehoeften in kaart brengen. - Helpen bij marketingacties, communicatie en webcare. - Ondersteunen bij acquisitie, offertes en deals. - Leren hoe orders en aftersales worden geregeld. Vereisten Wat breng je mee? - Je volgt een mbo- of hbo-opleiding in commerciële richting. - Je bent nieuwsgierig, sociaal en niet bang om vragen te stellen. - Je kunt (of wilt leren) communiceren met klanten, ook in het Engels. - Je pakt dingen zelfstandig op en wacht niet tot iemand het vraagt. - Je ziet kansen en gaat er gewoon voor.
