Als Events stagiair(e) krijg je de kans om nauw samen te werken met het Events-team en mee te draaien in de dynamische wereld van eventplanning. Jij ondersteunt bij het verwerken van aanvragen, voorbereiden van showarounds en het uitvoeren van commerciële activaties, zowel intern als extern. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je plant en coördineert, onderhoudt contact met verschillende afdelingen en houdt overzicht op rapportages en kwartaalchecks. Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit, commerciële feeling en teamspirit help je mee om elk evenement tot een succes te maken. Je bent niet bang om de telefoon op te pakken en gesprekken te leiden, en je weet precies hoe je een dynamische werkdag soepel laat verlopen. Over ons: Haven Hotel Rotterdam, Curio Collection by Hilton (5-sterren), vormt samen met het aangrenzende DoubleTree by Hilton Rotterdam Centre (4-sterren) het grootste hotelcomplex van Rotterdam, met in totaal 480 kamers en 1.000 m² aan eventruimte langs de iconische Maas. Beide hotels hebben onlangs een volledige transformatie ondergaan en heropenden officieel als Hilton-branded hotels in de zomer van 2025. Gasten kunnen in de twee hotels genieten van drie prachtig ontworpen en diverse F&B-outlets, elk met een eigen unieke sfeer en culinaire beleving.
