Dan biedt Gemeente Zaanstad jou een unieke kans om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen een grote en dynamische organisatie. Tijdens deze stage werk je in het Servicedesk-team van de afdeling Informatie, Beheer & Techniek. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, goede begeleiding en de ruimte om jezelf zowel professioneel als persoonlijk te ontwikkelen. Een stage waarin je écht het verschil kunt maken. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair Servicedesk ICT ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor collega's die ondersteuning nodig hebben bij hun digitale werkplek of telefonie. Je leert hoe je meldingen en storingen professioneel afhandelt en hoe je gebruikers op een klantvriendelijke manier helpt. Een aantal voorbeelden van jouw werkzaamheden: - Zelfstandig afhandelen van vragen en meldingen via e-mail en het ticketsysteem. - Verstrekken van informatie over ICT-gerelateerde onderwerpen. - Registreren en opvolgen van meldingen en storingen. - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en dienstverlening. - Ondersteunen bij het beheer van werkplekken en mobiele telefonie. Jouw collega's. Bij gemeente Zaanstad. Als stagiair Servicedesk ICT werk je binnen het team Servicedesk van de afdeling Informatie, Beheer & Techniek. Dit team zorgt ervoor dat alle medewerkers van Zaanstad optimaal ondersteund worden in hun digitale werkomgeving. Je werkt samen met een betrokken team van collega's die altijd klaarstaan om je te helpen. Jij bent het Gewoon lekker jezelf. Voor deze stage is het belangrijk dat je initiatief toont en zelfstandig kunt werken. Je bent dienstverlenend ingesteld en vindt het leuk om anderen te helpen.
