Je leert van ervaren slagers hoe je vlees vakkundig uitsnijdt, voorbereidt en presenteert alsof het een kunstwerk is. Je ontdekt hoe belangrijk hygiëne, precisie en snelheid zijn, en je ziet wat het betekent om écht goed te luisteren wat de klant wil. Misschien help je één van onze vaste klanten wel aan zijn favoriete entrecote, of bereid je samen met het team een aantrekkelijke vitrine vol vleeswaren en specialiteiten. Je werkt met producten van topkwaliteit en krijgt de ruimte om te leren, te proberen en jezelf te ontwikkelen tot een specialist in het vak. Of je nu aan het mes staat, de toonbank vult of tips geeft aan de klanten: jij bent trots op de rol bij onze slagerij. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je volgt een opleiding in de richting van slagerij, food of retail. - Je hebt passie voor het vak en staat open om te leren. - Je bent gemotiveerd, klantvriendelijk en werkt nauwkeurig. - Je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
