Dan hebben wij een unieke afstudeeropdracht voor jou! Als Stagiair Sustainability ga je in het kader van je afstudeeronderzoek aan de slag met een strategisch en datagedreven vraagstuk binnen Vekoma. Duurzaamheid ontwikkelt zich in toenemende mate van nice to have naar een bepalende factor in aankoop- en investeringsbeslissingen binnen de attractiemarkt. In deze rol onderzoek je hoe de waarde van duurzame attracties inzichtelijk en meetbaar gemaakt kan worden, en hoe dit vertaald kan worden naar een onderscheidende marktpropositie. Je werkt hierbij op het snijvlak van duurzaamheid, commercie en data-analyse en levert een concrete bijdrage aan strategische besluitvorming binnen Vekoma op het vlak van innovatie en sustainability. Wat ga je doen? Je voert een afstudeeropdracht uit gericht op de volgende centrale vraag: Hoe kan Vekoma de klantwaarde van een 'sustainable ride' kwantificeren en vertalen naar een onderscheidende marktpropositie, en in welke marktsegmenten en regio's ligt het grootste commerciële potentieel? Binnen deze opdracht ga je onder andere: - De klantwaarde van duurzame attracties analyseren en vertalen naar concrete waardecomponenten; - Onderzoeken wat de bereidheid tot betalen (WTP) is en hoe deze verschilt per marktsegment; - Kansrijke marktsegmenten en regio's wereldwijd identificeren; - Scenario-analyses uitvoeren, bijvoorbeeld rondom stijgende energieprijzen of de rol van duurzaamheid in financieringsvraagstukken; - Data verzamelen, analyseren en vertalen naar heldere inzichten en aanbe...
