Je bent volwaardig onderdeel van het team en je leert alle kneepjes van het recruitment vak. Zo ga je jezelf verdiepen in recruitment processen en de werving en selectie van kandidaten. - Je bent betrokken bij het personeels- en recruitment beleid van de opdrachtgevers; - Je weet met enthousiasme en gedrevenheid talenten te werven door het uitvoeren van intensieve searches via diverse (social media) kanalen en het voeren van de eerste (telefoon) gesprekken; - Je belt met kandidaten om inzicht te krijgen in hun groeiambitie. - Je stelt kandidaat profielen en wervende teksten op en zet deze in de markt; - Diverse administratieve en ondersteunende werkzaamheden. - Je draagt actief bij aan de marktpositie en groei van Nox People en ErasmusTalent en pakt daarbij kansen aan. Jouw profiel als Stage Talent Consultant - HBO+ denk- en werkniveau. De volgende studies sluiten aan bij deze stage: Human Resource Management, Bedrijfskunde, (International) Business, Organisatie Psychologie (en aanverwante studies) - Je hebt interesse in online en social recruitment; - Wij verwachten dat je graag wil leren hoe recruitment in de praktijk werkt - Een ondernemend type met oog voor kansen en het leuk vindt om zelfstandig projecten op te zetten en uit te voeren - Een ambitieus type met oog voor detail die proactief opzoek gaat naar ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden - Goede beheersing, in woord en geschrift, van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; - Beschikbaarheid voor 3-5 dagen per week gedurende 5-6 maanden - Beschikking over een goedwerkende laptop Wat bieden wij Doordat je als stagiair veel verantwoording krijgt binnen de recruitment, maakt dat jouw stage iedere dag lekker uitdagend.
