Daarom zoeken wij een enthousiaste HRM stagiair die ons helpt bij het ontwikkelen en implementeren van een organisatiebreed stagebeleid. Op dit moment werken verschillende locaties ieder op hun eigen manier met stagiairs. Er is dus veel ervaring aanwezig, maar we missen duidelijke kaders, afspraken en een uniforme aanpak. Onze stagiair krijgt de kans om hierin structuur aan te brengen en een beleid neer te zetten waar de hele organisatie mee vooruit kan. Dit is een stage voor iemand die graag analyseert, verbetert en iets duurzaams wil neerzetten. Je krijgt veel ruimte voor eigen initiatief. Wat ga je doen? Onderzoeken hoe stagebeleid binnen organisaties effectief wordt ingericht Inventariseren hoe de verschillende locaties momenteel omgaan met stagiairs Ontwikkelen van een organisatiebreed stagebeleid inclusief richtlijnen en processen Opstellen van formats en documentatie voor onder andere onboarding, begeleiding en evaluatie Adviseren over een uniforme werkwijze rondom werving, begeleiding en communicatie Meedenken over samenwerking met scholen en het verbeteren van de stagebeleving Presenteren van jouw advies en implementatievoorstel aan HR en management Wie ben jij?
