Je sluit aan bij het People & Culture Programma, dat zich inzet voor een "Great Place 2 Work" bij KLM Engine Services. Je werkt samen met de Programma Lead People & Culture en houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het begeleiden en faciliteren van teamsessies waarin de kernwaarden van KLM Engine Services centraal staan. - Het ondersteunen van teams en leidinggevenden bij het stimuleren van gewenst gedrag en een consistente manier van samenwerken. - Het coachen van eerstelijns leidinggevenden bij feedbacksessies en intervisiemomenten. - Het bewaken van de voortgang en opvolging van trajecten en events. - Het signaleren van wat er speelt en meedenken over passende interventies. Waar land je? Je werkt bij KLM Engine Services op Schiphol-Oost. Deze businessunit is onderdeel van KLM Engineering & Maintenance en richt zich op het onderhoud en de reparatie van vliegtuigmotoren. Samen met Air France Industries is KLM een toonaangevende speler in de wereldwijde vliegtuigonderhoudsindustrie. Naast de vloot van KLM en Air France onderhoudt de organisatie vliegtuigen, motoren en componenten voor ongeveer 200 klanten wereldwijd. Binnen Engine Services staan eigenaarschap, flexibiliteit en samenwerking centraal. Medewerkers nemen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun werk, verbeteren continu en werken samen als één Team Engines.
