Wil jij bijdragen aan een transparante overheid én meewerken aan een actuele vraag binnen de gemeentelijke besluitvorming? Dan hebben wij een uitdagende stageopdracht voor jou. Binnen onze organisatie wordt regelmatig geheimhouding opgelegd op raads- en collegevoorstellen. De Wet open overheid (Woo) gaat echter uit van het principe 'openbaar, tenzij'. Daarom willen wij onderzoeken hoe we geheimhoudingsbesluiten periodiek kunnen heroverwegen, op een structurele, praktische en juridisch houdbare manier. Tijdens deze stage ga je aan de slag met een vraagstuk waarin bestuurskunde, recht, informatiebeheer en procesoptimalisatie samenkomen. Je onderzoekt de huidige werkwijze, brengt verbeterkansen in kaart en ontwikkelt een toekomstbestendige aanpak die zorgt voor meer transparantie en minder afhankelijkheid van individuele medewerkers. We doen het samen! Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende vakgebieden, zoals juridische zaken, bestuursadvisering, informatiebeheer en griffie. Samen onderzoek je hoe geheimhoudingsbesluiten beter kunnen worden beheerd en beoordeeld. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig onderzoek te doen, adviezen op te stellen en jouw ideeën te presenteren aan betrokken collega's en bestuurders. Zo lever je een concrete bijdrage aan de verdere professionalisering van onze informatiehuishouding en besluitvormingsprocessen.
