Tijdens deze stage ga je aan de slag met portaalontwikkeling binnen Achmea. Afhankelijk van het vraagstuk en jouw leerdoelen kan het gaan om een meewerkstage of een afstudeerstage. Samen bepalen we de opdracht die het beste bij jou past. Wat ga je doen - Meewerken aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van digitale portalen - Ondersteunen bij IT change werkzaamheden binnen een team - Meedenken over oplossingen en verbeteringen in portalen - Feedback geven en ontvangen binnen het team - Leren hoe IT teams werken in een veranderomgeving Wat maakt deze stage zo interessant Deze stage wordt samen met jou vormgegeven en sluit aan op jouw interesses. Je hoeft nog geen ervaring te hebben en krijgt goede begeleiding. Je werkt in een sociale en open IT omgeving waarin je zelfstandig aan de slag gaat, maar ook veel samenwerkt. Er is volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en actief mee te doen. De afdeling Je komt terecht binnen IT, dat is verdeeld in een change gedeelte en een run gedeelte. Als stagiair werk je binnen IT change en houd je je bezig met de ontwikkeling van portalen. Afhankelijk van de opdracht kom je terecht in een passend team. De sfeer is open en sociaal en er is ruimte om jezelf te laten zien. Zelfstandig werken en samenwerken gaan hier hand in hand. Mensen verschillen, gelukkig maar. Wij geloven erin dat diversiteit ons helpt om tot de beste oplossingen te komen.
