Ook leer je veel en is er ook zeker ruimte om te combineren met school. Als stagiaire ga je de rol vervullen van intercedent. Als intercedent ben je een duizendpoot. Jij vindt klantencontact belangrijk en ziet het als een uitdaging om de juiste werknemer bij de juiste baan te plaatsen. Een dag is nooit hetzelfde! Daarnaast ga je je bezighouden met: - Benaderen en voorstellen van kandidaten; - Flexkrachten inplannen in ons planningssysteem; - Intakegesprekken voeren met kandidaten; - Schrijven van aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten; - Je gaat diverse administratieve werkzaamheden uitvoeren, de puntjes op de i zetten! Locatie: Heerlen / Maastricht Wat breng je mee? Jij bent een doorzetter en wil perse de juiste kandidaat vinden voor de vacature! Daarbij kun je enthousiasmeren en ben je communicatief vaardig.
