Kleverland.2024.101224 Zoek jij een fijne stageplek waar je jezelf kan ontwikkelen als tuinder? Bij voedselgaard het Kleverland in de Ooijpolder bij Nijmegen is voor seizoen 2026 (vanaf maart 2026) plek voor stagiaires groenteteelt. Wie wij zijn We zijn een jong, enthousiast en warm bedrijf dat momenteel op 3 ha biologische groenten teelt voor onze groeiende gemeenschap oogstdeelnemers. Naast de groenten zijn er stroken agroforestry met fruitbomen aangeplant, waar we komend seizoen de eerste oogst van verwachten. Ook is er een tunnelkas en paardenweide waar onze drie werkpaarden staan. We leveren wekelijkse groentepakketten aan onze oogstdeelnemers. Ook gaat onze oogst naar het boerderijrestaurant en een eetcafe in Nijmegen. We werken met een gezellige groep vrijwilligers en er heerst een fijne sfeer waarin iedereen zichzelf kan zijn en kan groeien. Tenslotte zijn we plannen aan het ontwikkelen voor het opzetten van een boerderijwinkel en buitenonderwijs. Het Kleverland is omringd door prachtige boomsingels en hagen. We maken deel uit van een regeneratief landgoed in wording ( www.kleverbergh.nl ) waar een gemotiveerde gemeenschap werkt aan een levendige plek waar landbouw samen gaat met wonen, ondernemen en biodivers landschapsbeheer. Wat we zoeken We zoeken een stagiair die leergierig, gemotiveerd en flexibel is en die goed kan reflecteren op diens leerproces. Het zou tof zijn als je interesse hebt om je, naast je vaardigheden in de tuinbouw, ook te ontwikkelen op het vlak van paardentractie en agro-forestry. We vinden het fijn als je minimaal 2 dagen per week aanwezig kan zijn vanaf maart of april 2026.
