Dat brengt nieuwe vragen met zich mee. Welke regels gelden en welke mogelijkheden heeft een gemeente om zelf beleid te maken? Bij gemeente Lingewaard zoeken we een stagiair die dit voor ons in kaart brengt en ons helpt om hier een duidelijke lijn in te ontwikkelen. Een mooie kans om jouw kennis van recht, beleid en de fysieke leefomgeving toe te passen op een actueel vraagstuk. Dit ga je doen Je onderzoekt welke regels en beleidskaders relevant zijn voor airco's en thuisbatterijen. Je brengt onder andere de landelijke en provinciale wet- en regelgeving en bestaand gemeentelijk beleid in beeld. Ook kijk je naar de rol van het omgevingsplan en vergunningverlening. Vervolgens onderzoek je waar nog onduidelijkheden of hiaten zitten en wat dit betekent voor Lingewaard. Je werkt toe naar een helder en praktisch beleidsadvies met aanbevelingen voor het vervolg. Misschien denk je zelfs al mee over nieuw beleid of schrijf je mee aan een eerste opzet. Wil je jouw stage graag breder maken? Dan is er ruimte om deze opdracht aan te vullen met een eigen onderzoeksvraag of met werkzaamheden binnen de afdeling. Samen kijken we wat past bij jouw opleiding en leerdoelen. Je nieuwe werkomgeving Je komt terecht in het cluster Duurzaamheid. Een team van 10 enthousiaste collega's die samen werken aan grote beleidsvraagstukken, zoals de energietransitie. We denken in mogelijkheden, pakken uitdagingen aan en zoeken creatieve oplossingen. Je werkt samen met collega's uit andere teams en hebt contact met collega's in de hele organisatie.
