Bij Forum Groningen ontvangen we jaarlijks meer dan 2 miljoen bezoekers en worden meer dan 17.000 grote en kleine activiteiten georganiseerd. Stagelopen bij het Forum betekent dat geen dag hetzelfde is. Daarom zijn we op zoek naar een zelfstandige en initiatiefrijke stagiair die heel veel zin heeft om bij onze levendige en veelzijdige culturele organisatie aan de slag te gaan. Werkzaamheden Als stagiair lever je een volwaardige en enthousiaste bijdrage aan het team Forum Events en werk je nauw samen met het team Productie en Techniek. Er is veel ruimte is voor je eigen interesses en inbreng en je maakt volop kennis met alle aspecten van het evenementenvak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan bijvoorbeeld uit: - Meehelpen aan het ontwikkelen van een nieuw productaanbod en het waarborgen van de kwaliteit van het huidige aanbod. - Aan de slag met de vraagstukken die je oplost door het maken van analyses. - Het kaart brengen van bedrijfsprocessen. - Het adviseren van de afdeling op basis van theorie die je tijdens je studie hebt geleerd. - Meewerken in het verkoopproces en zorg dragen voor een goede klantenrelatie. - Uitvoeren van producties van externe partijen (verhuur) en aanspreekpunt voor onze diverse klanten. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen takenpakket, namelijk DE vergaderingen en rondleidingen. - Het ontvangen en rondleiden van groepen, (potentiële) klanten in het Forum Groningen.
