Kultlab zoekt een fulltime backoffice en personeel stagiair voor de periode maart t/m juli 2027 met de eventuele mogelijkheid om door te gaan tot Into the Woods en Into the Woods ADE. Over Kultlab Kultlab is de verantwoordelijke organisatie voor de evenementen Into the Woods, Wildeburg, Lepeltje Lepeltje en Wilde Weide en medeoprichter van Netl Camping Kallumaan. Wij werken in een jong en creatief team aan onze evenementen met een kantoor in Amersfoort. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Regelen van overnachtingen en vervoer voor personeel en crew; - Opstellen, bijhouden en uitvragen van personeels- en vrijwilligers planningen; - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van accreditatie (passen, contact partijen & leveranciers, polsbandjes, badges, etc.); - Tijdens productie het draaien van het productiekantoor; - Opvragen en verwerken van gegevens van vrijwilligers (beschikbaarheid, voorkeuren); - Bijhouden van personeels- en vrijwilligers dossiers (contactgegevens, shifts); - Doorsturen van praktische informatie (shift roosters, slaapplaatsen, instructies); - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen van personeel en vrijwilligers. Jouw profiel - Je hebt een studieniveau van hbo of hoger; - Je hebt affiniteit met muziek, festivals en uitgaan; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zowel op spraak- als schrijfniveau; - Je bent communicatief sterk en staat stevig in je schoenen; - Je bent 4 of 5 dagen per week beschikbaar van maart t/m juli 2027; - Je bent tijdens de producties beschikbaar in de weekenden, waarin je lange dagen kunt maken; - Je beschikt over een eigen laptop; - Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage. Wij bieden - De eventuele mogelijkheid om tot Into the Woods (half september) of Into the Woods ADE (eind oktober) door te gaan; - Een team met veel passie en gedrevenheid die ook van gezelligheid buiten werktijden om houdt; - Een maandelijkse stagevergoeding van € 400,- op basis van een 40 uur per week; - Reiskos...
