MBO Opleidingsniveau Als stagiair(e) woonbegeleider werk je in wisselende diensten. Je begeleidt bewoners zowel individueel als in groepsverband en ondersteunt hen bij het vergroten van hun zelfredzaamheid. Je werkt vanuit de presentiebenadering: je bent betrokken, nabij en stimuleert herstel, in relatie tot zichzelf, de ander, de schepping en God. Functieomschrijving Bij De Hoop geloven we in herstel, verbondenheid en hoop. Op onze afdeling Beschermd Wonen, gelegen op het hoofdterrein in Dordrecht, bieden we een thuis aan mensen met een verslavings- en/of psychiatrische achtergrond. We werken met twee teams, elk verantwoordelijk voor ongeveer 25 bewoners. Veel bewoners verblijven langdurig bij ons en hebben intensieve begeleiding nodig. Niet iedereen kan uiteindelijk zelfstandig wonen, en dat vraagt om liefdevolle, geduldige zorg. Hier is geen dag hetzelfde: je ontbijt samen met bewoners, verstrekt medicatie, helpt iemand zijn kamer opruimen of hebt overleg met een behandelaar over een crisisinterventie. Daarnaast is Beschermd Wonen de enige woonvorm binnen De Hoop waar ook forensische zorg wordt geboden, naast WLZ- en WMO-zorg. Over de werkgever Je werkt samen in een divers, betrokken team van woonbegeleiders. Het team wordt aangestuurd door een manager en ondersteund door een gedragsdeskundige.
