Dan hebben wij een leuke stageplek voor je als Stagiair(e) Customer Experience Support. Bij Pinkcube draai je vanaf dag één mee in ons klantcontactteam, waar sales, service en design samenkomen. Van klantvragen oplossen tot bestellingen controleren en offertes opvolgen. Jij steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en leert elke dag iets nieuws! Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair Support zorg je samen met je collega's dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. Dit ga je doen: - Klanten helpen: Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon en e-mail, denkt mee en zoekt naar passende oplossingen. - Bestellingen begeleiden: Je controleert orderbevestigingen, verwerkt wijzigingen en onderneemt actie bij afwijkingen. - Leveringen bewaken: Je volgt bestellingen via track & trace en pakt vertragingen of problemen op. - Vragen slim oppakken: Je beoordeelt binnenkomende verzoeken, stelt prioriteiten en schakelt waar nodig de juiste collega in. - Sales ondersteunen: Je helpt bij offertes, klantaanvragen en openstaande acties. Waar nodig neem je zelf contact op met klanten. - Administratie bijhouden: Je verwerkt inkoopfacturen en zorgt waar nodig voor aangepaste facturen. - Samen slimmer werken: Zie jij iets wat handiger, sneller of beter kan?
