Stagiair(e) facilitair leidinggevende mbo 4 Beschrijving Wil jij tijdens je stage niet alleen meekijken, maar écht meewerken aan een groot facilitair project? Bij Topaz Overrhyn in Leiden staat een omvangrijke verbouwing voor de deur. Tijdens deze verbouwing verhuizen bewoners tijdelijk of permanent naar een andere plek binnen of buiten onze locatie. Een bijzondere operatie waarbij goede voorbereiding, slimme processen én aandacht voor onze bewoners ontzettend belangrijk zijn. Daar kunnen we jouw hulp goed bij gebruiken. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair Facilitair Leidinggevende werk je mee aan de voorbereiding en uitvoering van de verbouwing en de verhuizingen die daarbij horen. Je krijgt de kans om mee te denken over hoe we dit zo goed en efficiënt mogelijk organiseren. Je houdt je bijvoorbeeld bezig met: - Het inrichten van verhuisprocessen. Hoe organiseren we een verhuizing goed en efficiënt, terwijl we het voor onze bewoners zo prettig en makkelijk mogelijk maken? - Het begeleiden van verhuizingen. Je denkt niet alleen mee, maar helpt ook daadwerkelijk mee bij de voorbereiding en uitvoering. - Afstemmen met verschillende betrokkenen. Je hebt te maken met bewoners, collega's, leveranciers en andere partijen die bij de verbouwing en verhuizing betrokken zijn. - Verbeteren van onze facilitaire processen. Je kijkt kritisch naar hoe we dingen nu doen en waar het slimmer kan. - Lean inrichten van het magazijn. Je helpt bij het overzichtelijker, efficiënter en slimmer organiseren van onze voorraad en goederenstromen. Je hebt te maken met bewoners, collega's, leveranciers en andere partijen die bij de verbouwing en verhuizing betrokken zijn. Waarom is dit een bijzondere stage?
