Kultlab zoekt een fulltime food & beverage productiestagiair voor de periode begin februari tot en met eind juli 2026 met de eventuele mogelijkheid om tot en met Into the Woods (half september) of tot en met ADE (half oktober) door te gaan. Over Kultlab Kultlab is de verantwoordelijke organisatie van de evenementen Into the Woods, Wildeburg, Lepeltje Lepeltje, Wilde Weide en medeoprichter van Netl Camping Kallumaan. Wij werken in een jong en creatief team aan onze evenementen met een kantoor in Amersfoort. Als food & beverage productiestagiair ben je onderdeel van het F&B team en de productieafdeling, met als doel om bezoekers van begin tot eind te doen genieten van goed eten en drinken. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Plannen en produceren van de culinaire en natte horeca (cateraars en barren); - Formulieren opstellen, delen en opvolgen, zodat alle partijen de juiste info hebben; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers tijdens evenementen; - Ondersteunen van de productieafdeling in de breedste zin van het woord; - Meedenken met ontwikkelingen en het verbeteren van processen binnen de afdeling; Jouw profiel - Je hebt een affiniteit met muziek en festivals en lekker eten; - Je kunt zelfstandig werken, hebt een flexibele instelling, goede organisatorische capaciteiten en durft initiatief te nemen; - Je werkt gestructureerd en planmatig, overweg kunnen met Excel is een pré; - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal zowel op spraak- als schrijfniveau; - Je bent communicatief vaardig, zowel via de mail als telefoon; - Je bent 5 dagen per week beschikbaar van begin februari tot eind juli met eventuele mogelijkheid om t/m Into the Woods (half september) of ADE (half oktober) door te gaan; - Je bent niet bang om af en toe lange dagen te maken en in de weekenden te werken; - Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage.
