Je helpt mee om de personeelsadministratie goed bij te houden, ondersteunt collega's bij hun vragen en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat processen goed verlopen. Tijdens jouw stage krijg je de ruimte om stap voor stap steeds meer zelf op te pakken, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, vragen te stellen en vooral veel te leren. Wij vinden het belangrijk dat jij jezelf tijdens je stage verder kunt ontwikkelen binnen het HR vakgebied en kijken dan ook samen naar wat je wilt leren en waar je interesses liggen. Je kijkt dus niet alleen mee, maar draait echt mee in het team. Zo ontwikkel je niet alleen je kennis en vaardigheden, maar ook jezelf als beginnend HR professional. Doordat onze afdeling volop in ontwikkeling is, werken we iedere dag aan het verbeteren van onze processen. Als stagiair krijg je de ruimte om hier onderdeel van te zijn, mee te denken en jouw ideeën te delen. Jouw frisse blik en nieuwsgierigheid zijn daarbij juist waardevol! Wat ga je doen? - Het ondersteunen bij diverse thema's zoals in-, door- en uitstroom; - Het beheren van de personeelsadministratie en personeelsdossiers; - Het oppakken van HR-gerelateerde vragen en taken die binnen komen via de HR-mailboxen; - Het verwerken van VOG's, van aanvragen tot controleren; - Het verwerken van verlofaanvragen, getekende arbeidsovereenkomsten en mutaties; - Het beantwoorden van eerstelijns HR-gerelateerde vragen van managers, leidinggevenden en medewerkers; - Het ondersteunen van de HR-adviseurs bij casuïstiek.
